Alexander Handcrafted Mills has produced brass and copper mills in Thessaloniki since 1977, drawing on a design originally created for all-metal coffee mills carried by Greek soldiers in the early 1900s. Crafted with a 1 mm brass wall and a plain polished finish without lacquer, this mill naturally darkens into a rich patina over time or can be polished back to its original shine.
