Shipping & Delivery

Nestscapes extends its shipping services to addresses across USA & Canada. Regrettably, deliveries to P.O. Boxes cannot be accommodated.

SHIPPING COSTS:

Our pricing encompasses complimentary shipping for orders exceeding $100 (before taxes) within USA & Canada, excluding commercial and bulky orders.

For orders below $100 (before taxes), a flat delivery fee of $19 will be applied for USA & Canadian addresses, with the exception of Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut—contact us for quotes in these areas. 

All shipping costs include insurance coverage.

Our products are dispatched from warehouses located in Montreal & Toronto, Canada. When shipping abroad, your destination country may impose import duties and taxes upon the arrival of the shipment. It's recommended to verify applicable charges with local authorities. Please note that Nestscapes does not collect or charge duties/taxes for international shipments (outside Canada). The customer is responsible for paying these fees upon the items' arrival in the destination country.

CARRIERS:

We prioritize the impeccable handling and care of your purchase. Our selection of leading furniture delivery companies, including Canpar, UPS, Day & Ross, Maritime Ontario, FedEx Freight, and XPO Logistics, ensures your order's safe delivery. The carrier is chosen based on factors like destination, product weight, and size.

DELIVERY PROCESS:

For Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipments, the carrier will reach out to schedule a delivery time frame, either in the morning or afternoon, but not at a specific time. While Nestscapes is not responsible for product delivery times, we advise customers to coordinate with our designated carrier company for delivery arrangements.

In case our shipping partner cannot connect with you during the agreed delivery time, rescheduling will be necessary. Any additional delivery costs incurred due to rescheduling are not covered by us.

Upon delivery, you'll be required to sign a delivery form confirming the product's receipt in correct condition (without apparent defects or damage).

INSPECTION:

It's essential to inspect all items upon delivery, and any claims regarding issues should be reported within 24 hours.

TRACKING NUMBER:

To keep you informed, we follow a policy of communication. Upon dispatch, we'll send you an email containing pertinent tracking details, allowing you to monitor your delivery closely. Additionally, our professional furniture carriers will call you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

BEYOND POINT:

If your shipping address falls under the category of a 'beyond point,' an additional shipping surcharge may apply. Shipping companies determine this surcharge based on location factors like challenging access, narrow roads, gated communities, islands, rural areas, or mountains. We'll notify you if your address incurs a 'beyond point' surcharge.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS:

Should you require a change in delivery details, including the address, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to the indicated delivery date by emailing info@nestscapes.com. Include the order number and relevant product details in your notification. We'll confirm or refuse the change based on our Terms and Conditions or legitimate reasons.

DELAY:

Neither Nestscapes nor the transporter can be held responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect address or other inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.

Delays attributed to strikes, legal lockouts, or supplier-related disruptions are beyond our control. In such cases, the delivery period will be extended proportionally.

Subject to applicable laws, we disclaim responsibility for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses resulting from delayed delivery.

DELIVERY ACCESS:

When ordering sizable furniture pieces, we recommend verifying the dimensions of access points within your home. It's your responsibility to ensure merchandise can fit through doorways, staircases, corridors, and elevators. Product dimensions are listed in the product descriptions.
