Return Policy

At Nestscapes, our commitment to quality drives our unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction. With our unconditional return policy, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience.

Within seven (15) days following delivery, you have the freedom to return any of our products for any reason. Our 15-Day Money Back Guarantee ensures that you can obtain a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs to and from Nestscapes, without any questions asked. If your original order included free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping costs from your refund. This guarantee starts from the date of product receipt, or if a delivery receipt is absent, it's assumed to be three business days from the dispatch date.

To be eligible for a full refund, the returned item must be in its original, unmarked, and unused condition, complete with all accessories and packaging. Please note that any returned items not meeting these criteria will incur a restocking fee of 20% deducted from the total refund.

Please keep in mind that all shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes both the initial delivery charges from Nestscapes and the return shipping charges back to Nestscapes. For smooth processing, kindly follow the directions provided by our staff when initiating a return.

Upon receiving the returned products, we'll inspect them, and you can expect your refund to be issued within thirty (30) business days. Refunds are typically processed using the same method as the original transaction. If you wish to arrange a different refund method, please contact our customer service center at +1(647) 477-7869.

Every return requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Nestscapes. Our warehouse won't accept returns without this authorization.

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Email returns@nestscapes.com or call us within the 15-day period after delivery to request a Return Authorization Form.
2. Fill out the form and email it back, along with a picture of the packaged product you wish to return.
3. Attach the Return Form to each box being returned. The original receipt is required for any returns. You'll receive the return address upon approval of your refund/return request.

Please note that SALE items are considered final sales and are not eligible for refunds.

We apologize, but commercial purchases are excluded from our return policy.

Other than the provisions under Nestscapes's 15-Day Money Back Guarantee, refunds are not provided.

Nestscapes reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY RETURNS:

While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping, occasional damages may occur during transit. Please inspect items upon delivery, and if any damage is observed, reject the delivery with the note 'Damaged Upon Arrival' on the receipt. To process a claim, email up to three (3) pictures, including the item's packaging, to claims@nestscapes.com. All damage must be noted with the delivery driver present.

Claims for damaged or faulty items after seven (15) days of delivery will be treated as warranty claims, requiring the customer to bear return costs. Returned items must remain in their original condition, including accessories and packaging. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
